How does the $30 booking fee work?
The booking fee reserves your technician's time and is applied toward the total cost of your service. It's fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in College Park, MD 20740 and serve roughly 60 miles around it — including Washington DC, Silver Spring, Bethesda, Greenbelt, Hyattsville, Laurel, Bowie, Rockville, Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Annapolis, and Baltimore.
Do you repair physical computer hardware, like a cracked screen?
No — our Computer Setup & Support service covers software-side work: virus removal, formatting, OS updates, Wi-Fi setup, software installs, and data backup. We don't perform physical hardware repairs like screen or component replacement.
How do I book an appointment?

What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Most on-site visits are booked within 24 hours of a request.
